How to Return an Order

  • Visit the returns portal [HERE] and enter your email and order number.

  • Select the model, size, and reason for the return.

  • Choose a pick-up address or select a drop-off point nearby.

  • You'll receive a return label via email to attach to the box.

  • Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund. Refunds can take 15-20 days, depending on your bank.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with labels and accessories included.

  • Sale items can only be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  • Sneakers, wipes, laces, bags, backpacks, and socks must be returned unused, with packaging intact.

Return Cost

  • Spain (Mainland) and Portugal: €3

  • Europe 1 (France, Belgium, Italy, etc.): €5

  • Europe 2 (Germany, Austria, Denmark, etc.): €10

  • Other international locations may vary (Canada: €30).

Note: Return fees are non-refundable. Customs duties, taxes, or charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Prepare Your Return

  • Ensure products are undamaged and in their original box.

  • Seal the return package securely using the HOFF sticker or any other tape.

  • If you don't have the original box, return the item in a secure alternative box.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds may take 7-10 days to show in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges (Size or Model)

  • To exchange, visit the returns portal and select your new size or model.

Physical Store Returns

  • Returns for items bought in HOFF Stores must be made in person, within 30 days of purchase, with a valid receipt.

  • Outlet purchases can only be returned at Outlet stores.
